No, tropical storms/hurricanes have occurred in every month of the year. "Season" is just the peak time for them. One year we ran out of names and had to use the Greek alphabet. I think that year we had storms in April. __________________ Dive, Dive, Dive! |

I can't wait to actually get to use it. My last trip down to CCV, I blew my eardrum - poor camera was beached for the week! BUT...... Dive Camp is coming!!!! Very nice job on ALL the pics! They're fabulous. Thanks for taking the time to post them.

Reply with quote | #42 | Paul.....in that first photo with the whip coral, is that 2 baby squid? If so, I've never seen them that small!
Thanks for the daily reports and photos, it's helped with the withdrawals. Have a safe trip home. __________________ Dee

Reply with quote | #43 | Yes Dee, those were Squid. i was looking at the Whip Coral to find some of the green shrimp or else I would have never seen them. On a night dive I caught a peek at what I think is a baby Octopus but couldn't confirm it. i got one so so picture but it didn't hang around for a second for me to get it zoomed in. Fire Dancers were here last night. He has two girls whipping fire around now. His parting shot is all ways funny," I have the Hottest act in Roatan" Attached Images:
